• The Main Differences is Nikon Z6 comes with CMOS BSI image sensor and Z5 comes with CMOS Sensor,   The CMOS BSI is built to provide better autofocus, faster Image processing, better resolution and it consumes less power to run for extra time.
• Another important thing is, Z6 has 25MP Camera sensor, whereas Z5 has 24 MP. A better megapixel camera helps to capture images and videos in higher Resolution with more details.
